I dont think skills are impossible to gain, you can take 300k iron with two weeks mining with a 50 mining char.

No, they're good as they are. I'm saying that if you had to sit and double click a menu for 4 days of actual play-time, it might as well be impossible.

apperently none of you really read my post or at least missed the part about making skill gain eaiser to compensate i dont mean make it easy but you say 4 days to gm blacksmithy well how about make it 2 days instead, it may sound like a lot of gump clicking but if your gonna play the game long enough to make an impact on the shard then 2 days really isnt that long, and the gain dosnt have to neccasarily be cut in half it could be made appropriate for each skill (which im sure is already done im just trying to cover as many points as possible)

but if your gonna play the game long enough to make an impact on the shard then 4 days really isnt that long. Mainly when it is spoken about the main craft skill.

i agree 4 days is not that long either im just trying to find a happy medium where everybody gets what they want, unless we can at least partialy agree on things then we will rarely see our ideas turned into actions

The problem is, there's no real way to block macroing unless GMs wander around all day looking for people who are crafting, etc, testing to see if they're AFK, then either kicking or jailing them. It diverts staff away from the stuff that really matters to police trivial matters.

Yea, but that's what IN1 was all about.

There were GMs and Admin that took pleasure in nothing more than finding, killing, and kicking you for macroing.

I'm all for it Wink.

NOTTTT. UO is 12 years old? Why put limitations on a game that is already severely handicapped?
