Taran, do you actually need a developer or not.. ?
Are you looking to hire one.. ?
The shard is like a business.. and in a business.. if you hire a person there's always a risk of being stole but if you don't take THIS risk then.. why are you doing business ?
You asked me to fix a couple of bugs.. I did.
You want me to fix more bugs .. I will too !
But .. take your decision fast.. actually the only things that's attaching me to the game is the casino :-P

Yeah shards getting kinda boring. Maybe the reason is because i have been macroing for a month or 2 and i STILL dont have the skills to pvp yet, yeah i havnt been macroing every night , but still wtf . Make skills easier to gain, and then a lot of people will probably find the server more enjoyable, at least i know i will.
Im used to hard skill gain too. I came from abyss to this shard, and personally i think its harder to gain here, and thats just absurd.

I'm just giving out my opinion I've not asked anyone to bully me or whatever.
There's a shitload of bugs to fix and Taran is overloaded and probably a bit pissed off too.
I want to help him to make the shard better, that's why I've posted this topic.

Yes. I donôt know Nex, but I understand what Maxkicker said because we need a good scripter and a good person, not only a good scripter. A developer/scripter is a very important and critical staff member. I didnôt say NO at all, I only said the way he posted into the forums to be hired is not the best way to become a staff member.

taran i think u should give duke a chance of scripting his pretty good at it, and if he doesnt know how to fix it he always finds a way to fix it and he does computer engineering at uni in australia so he knows a fair bit. not sure if he would wanna spend his time scripting thou, maybe if u ask him he mite do some in his spare time
