I actually like the whole scissors or water bucket thing. Would be neat if the water thing could be something that you could hold in your hand, heh. Or hell, even something you HAD to hold in your hand to use.

I do not like your idea. Water can be found anywhere, and a pair of scissors have nothing to do with the actuall skill..
The power of resurrection is more than enough in my opinion.

My problem with water is always finding shores facing "up." Anytime I can see the sand of the shore, the water is always out of LOS to clean bandages.
Just picture it like a newbied bottle of alcohol, hah.
