			<description><![CDATA[Look I know staff are busy with real life stuff and the various projects they are working on for the shard but it really would be nice to see some more moderating going on on the forums and world chat. If all staff had some form of access to do this (or in the case of forums, they don't even need to be staff, just a trusted member) then it wouldn't be too hard to cover all times slots without creating serious amounts of work for one (or a small few) person.<br />
<br />
There seems to be way to much arguing, negativity, raging etc.. going on and nothing gets done even though there are rules in place. It can't be good for attracting new people seeing such things.<br />

to put it simply..<br />

In the forums and word chat there is far too much..<br />
<br />
- Flame wars<br />
- Abusing people who disagree with you<br />
- Arguing<br />
- Too many threads on the same negative topic (these could be merged and/or deleted)<br />

and it's not just limited to those things, there are probably other things too. I don't know much on how the world chat works but in another thread there was talk about maybe adding in a squelch to it, but if that does happen is it actually going to be used or just go ignored like it is now. It would just be nice if these negative stuff where stopped before they reach the scale that they do and the rules where actually enforced because right now it seems they are just shrugged off and not worried about.<br />

Just a thought.. I have been seeing the occasional person riding around on a MUstang or LLama but never anything... special or new...<br />

Just an idea.. maybe we can think about adding new mount spawns.. perhaps Bonded Rides that can be ressurected and named. Not for PVP but simply for "Show". Ultima Online is part Fashion Show to quite a few players and I think it would do the Economy well to perhaps add some new colors and new types of rides in like Swamp Dragons, Ridgebacks... some cool looking colored mounts...<br />

Also, If we want.. we can add Bond Deeds to Bond the Ride to the Owner so that the ride becomes a Gjost when it dies and can ONLY be ressed by the Owner as long as they have GM Veternary..<br />

Just some stuff maybe we can piggy back off of but you get the picrure...<br />

It has been brought to my attention that the hits (Tactics) on weapomns have been fixed .. I can asure you 100% that they are the exact same as they were before they were "Fixed" therefore, I would like to propose a certain idea that can FIX this issue right away without having to fully tweak weapons...<br />
<br />
Let's insert a 3 Hit Limiter to the PVP. This was something that we had on Xuo and it fixed the Hard Hitsd instantly! For those who have been in a duel against someone using a Hally and gets hit 70, 75, 80, 80, 80, 80, 80 and obviously can not counter because healing completely drains you of mana ... we can add in this 3 Hit (IN A ROW) limiter. This means ... if a player has their weapon on and gets 3 consecutive hits without re-equipping... they automatically miss 1 time. This forces players to use other spells such as lightning, fs and other spells. As it has already been brout up several times .. I think it is time to really pay this some serious attention as players Freak out everytime they die yelling "This PVP Sucks.. it's HIT HIT HIT HIT..."<br />
.... I actually agree, I have never seen so many players get meleed in a PVP type as much as here and it's starting to get abit tiring to see people get hit 18 times in a row until they run out of mana..<br />
<br />
I hope you guys can see my point in the matter and if you can not, please test it out. Equipe a Hally, Battle Axe or even a Bard... and hit someone over and over asking them to heal. They will be helpess... especially if your using a War Hammer which drains trhem to 0 stamina so they can't move and then ON TOP OF IT are hitting you 80, 85, 70, 50, 80, 75, 75, 75... If you are weaked... you're screwed..<br />
<br />
Just want you guys to think about this 3 consecutive hit limiter as it will in fact help this type of PVP out A LOT! It will give new players a chance to be on the offensive and hit back instead of gettuing weapon raped every time they enter a tourny..<br />
<br />
I hope you guys can see this as a benefit to the PVP...<br />

			<description><![CDATA[A player was jailed today for guild looting. I myself was not aware this was against the rules because it has been happening since day 1 in ultima online.<br />

Guilds should recruit SMARTLY. Guild members should trust one another and should have trial periods for potential members to prove themselves before deemed worthy of joining....much like vampires do with acolytes and shadow mages with shadow apprentices. In my years of playing uo and observing, the BEST and most SUCCESSFUL guilds have always been close, tight knit groups with 10 or below members.<br />

If you zerg random members, you're bound to get a sheister sooner or later people. This IS UO afterall.<br />
<br />
Guild infiltration has always been a tactic of good theifs in uo. Gain trust, work your way in and loot the place dry.<br />
<br />
If you dont trust players, dont recruit them into your guild and give them access to your guild chests. Dont put anything terribly important in guild chests that you would risk losing FFS! I dont think it gets any more logical than that. This is a pretty carebear rule, and I dread is just a taste of things/changes to come.<br />

I have proposed several, easy to follow suggestions that would almost ensure you WONT be guild looted and would merit this bunk rule non existent:<br />

-have a buffer zone/halfway guild for members to prove themselves<br />
-Dont zerg random members<br />
-recruit SMARTLY, recruit people you know, recruit people that others can vouch for<br />
-Make members provide their own supplies<br />
-Dont put anything into guildchests you have become emotionally attached to<br />
-Dont use guild chests<br />
-Dont be in/run a guild<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[A player was jailed today for guild looting. I myself was not aware this was against the rules because it has been happening since day 1 in ultima online.<br />

Guilds should recruit SMARTLY. Guild members should trust one another and should have trial periods for potential members to prove themselves before deemed worthy of joining....much like vampires do with acolytes and shadow mages with shadow apprentices. In my years of playing uo and observing, the BEST and most SUCCESSFUL guilds have always been close, tight knit groups with 10 or below members.<br />

If you zerg random members, you're bound to get a sheister sooner or later people. This IS UO afterall.<br />
<br />
Guild infiltration has always been a tactic of good theifs in uo. Gain trust, work your way in and loot the place dry.<br />

If you dont trust players, dont recruit them into your guild and give them access to your guild chests. Dont put anything terribly important in guild chests that you would risk losing FFS!
