Hello! I would like to know what the easiest (cheapest) way to gm cartography ? And does the skill gain is slow as other trade skill ?

It's not too slow. Just make a lot of any kind of map. As a pro-tip, you can use blank scrolls instead of blank maps. I think there's a cartographer in Cove that is close enough to the bank that you can restock blank scrolls from the bank and sell the maps you make to the NPC.
