The only person I know of who is truly dead is Belgar. He attempted to replicate the "2 men 1 horse" video. Someone posted about it on Belgar's Facebook page a few days ago.

I knew he would attempt that, though i thought all his training would be enough to stay alive =/ RIP Belgar!
