i remember on novus opiate/xuo/in-x rides were spawned in wind. it became a popular spot. racing to tame a ride before another player shows up to claim it for themselves.. causing inevitable pvp.. i'd like to see this again. wind courtyard is a ghosttown at the moment and has so much potential...

There are some fugly mounts that spawn there occasionally. I think there are 2 or 3 total spawns with a relatively low respawn rate compared to most rarer mustangs. I'm also working on a quest for the area so maybe I'll add some mustangs to the event. :3
