ok lets see iff i can say it right....can you hover your corcer to see what an item is or do you have to click it?......i just want to make sure my computer is not messing up.....its been acting funky for a week now!

In my Uo I have to click it to see what it is.

Ctrl+Shift will show items on the ground.
You have to click items to see what they are.
I think that the confusion is that on default RunUO and in later versions of actual UO, you hover your mouse over an item and it gives you a little popup thing that tells you its stats and whatnot.
Since we're emulating sphere and older versions of UO, that pop-up has been disabled.
