The test area is currently open 24/7 for this week and is accessed via the pink moongate in the casino.
There is no set timetable for adopting the changes but realistically it will or will not happen within the next week or two I should think. It depends how well the testing goes and how many changes need to be done at this Sunday's restart. If people are largely happy with the system as it stands, and Taran likes it, then maybe it will go in at the next restart. If there is a lot of tweaking to do then it may be best to extend testing by another week to allow testing of all the new tweaks and also of the few things that are currently not working right (pot delays, magic ref on FS and Fireball mana consumption are all currently bugged in the test area).
