Hi, i simply followed that "tree-free path" near Britain graveyard leading up to the mine, but as i got closer to the mine (following that path) my client crashed, and i was unable to login again, uo simply keeps crashing.

So to test it for sure, i made a new character named: "Pierre Dupont", followed same path, crashed at same spot.

Can some gm please send my two characters back to Brit or somewhere so i can play again?

My main character goes under same name as my forum acc.

What client are you using? That's usually a messed up game-file that causes that. You might try opening up the patcher and go to "Tools -> Use Client 6" (client 7 doesn't work yet)

I managed to run all the way from brit to that mine with no crashes. I'd check files for sure.

Thanks, i already did that, and i am using the exact client version you refer to in your install guide, and i did set the IN Patcher to patch for client 6 or below.

Hmm yeah, i still crash even thou you moved the char, error is on my side thanks, now i got something to work with, i'll figure it out.

Okay, i reinstalled uo, did run the patcher, chose the client 6.000 and lower option, did everything after the book... and i still crash if i ry to login, then i txt'ed a friend who also plays on IN, got him to try to login to my acc. and he got same crash issue... and he can play it flawless with his own characters/acc.

I think my acc. is messed up, any chance you can delete it, and i just try to make a new one?

Try getting a gm to strip you naked of everything you own and tele your char to the brit bank where we know players don't crash. If another person is crashing with the proper files there is something wrong with the spot or something your character has. Did you try logging in with a different character or did your friend try that ?

my char is already located in Brit, i crashed somewhere outside brit, GM then teleportet me to Brit, but i still crash on login.
I then tried creating a new character, that works just fine... took the new character to the spot my other character crashed, and the new character crashed to.

I then reinstalled, re patched and did everything i could do.. still crashes, i shall not deny that my first install/patch attempt may have been done incorrectly, and maybe thats why my two characters are messed up.
But thats the reason why i want the acc. deleted, so i can make a new working one, now i know i did do the install and patch correct.

Only thing i got on that acc. thats worth a little, is about 500 logs had like 1 houyr play time .. so i wont shed a tear, if its deleted

haha, at least this way we figured out it has something to do with that area permanently crashing the char even after its moved. Since you reinstalled everything correctly now you could try deleting those chars and just playing a new you make. I also see how it might be a good idea to delete the acct ive just never seen that as being a problem but who knows. Guess its the waiting game now (for a Eru or Taran that is)
