Possibly working how it is supposed to so maybe this should be in questions and answers and not in bugs. But why doesn't the Unlock spell work?

Since we have no skillcap and 99% of the players have GM magery since that's basically an essential skill, then everyone would be able to unlock everything, meaning the lockpicking skill would be useless. Now you have to train lockpicking instead if you want to be able to unlock chests.
