Polymorph / Summ. Creature / Skillcap / Potions / Inside Doors / Dispel / Wrestling

Well i have some suggestions about these things...


*Polymorph.
In1 when you polymorph into a dragon/daemon you could use the wrestling skill..
all you items (armor) would go into your pack and you had the dragon ar and power..
and you would here the sound of the dragon when you hit someone.. also some monsters would not attack you... i dont care about that tho...

*Summ. Creature.
In1 we had like a bunch of monsters we could summon.. like a Ghost or other nice monsters... i wish this would be the same again..

*Skillcap.
In1 when you had 120 str 100 dex 80 int you just had that.... here you have the same but when you see the real stats you loose some it will be like 110 str 100 dex 80 int so you loose 10 points.... why is that?

*Standing inside doors.
In1 when you stand inside a door (door closed) you could take the item from the ground or cast a spell on your target... I think its bugged because when you got trapped somehow you cannot use magic... only magic on your self...

*Paralyze field.
In1 you could use this spell trough walls and stuff i think that would be nice...

*Potions.
Invis potions & Refresh potions.. Greater Mana potions & Explode potions they are like the same in my razor so when i have both potions in my pocket it drinks the wrong one

*Bandages Healing.
i have a feeling that in1 bandies where healing better than here i fail allot and i gmed the skill + anatomy....

*Wrestling skill.
we have this skill but we never use it... i saw those beast man claws and you can pull them on your paperdoll they wont stay but you see how the look like Tongue i think it would be very cool to have some wrestling weapons..

Beast man claws of Vanquishing (wolverine claws Tongue)
Iron Knuckle of Vanquishing
Ring of Vanquishing
Gloves Knuckle of Vanquishing

something like this Big Grin

well these are my suggestions i hope these things can be added or fixed somehow...

*Polymorph
Check the changelog Tongue

*Summon Creature.
If someone remembers what creatures you could summon on IN1 I'd be more than happy to add them.

*Skillcap.
The reason you only get 110hp when you have 120str is to not make having high str "overpowered", everyone would just have 120str if that was the case. My plan is to make different stats more useful.

*Standing inside doors.
I already replied to Habibi's post about this but basically it's so you can't use a door as a "safe" spot to shoot/cast from and then just run inside when you are threatened.

*Paralyze field
That was a huge bug on IN1 and I'm not sure we want to implement it here.

*Potions
Already replied to another post about this. There are only a few different potion ID's so some are bound to be the same. If you use Injection you can separate them by color though.

*Bandage healing
Yes bandages were a bit better on IN1 but we feel it's more balanced now.

*Wrestling
Wrestling weapons are a nice idea, hehe. More suggestions for that please!

About the potions: We could always have some potions use different IDs; we're not locked into only using potion IDs. Tongue Maybe the little square bottles for mana potions?

Also if anyone can remember exactly what creatures you could polymorph into that would be great as well. While thinking about stuff you could summon I got a vague memory that you could polymorph into a horse, can anyone confirm this?

On In1, i think the bandie healing was way more reliable in Pvp than it is here. Obviously not the heal of choice when its 2 vs 1 its GH instead.
For 1 vs 1 I guess its okay to use, except the fail rate might be a little too much IMO

Haha the poly spell, if you look under monsters you will find
Human female

I have a vauge memory that you could poly into a scorpion, spider, a headless, a skeleton but not the horse. Though i think the horse could be a fun and actualy usefull addition.

I'm pretty sure I remember players with skin hues polymorphing into a horse and try to make new players tame/herd them etc. Big Grin

it would be curious to poly into a horse and be ride-able at the same time... who would steer it? the horse player or the rider player?

you could not ride the "player"


also summ creature... i know 100% you could summon a ghost because i have a screenshot... KM stang killing my ghost with few hits...

still searching for more info!!
