i go to login through the inpatch folder and it pops up RAZOR WAS UNble to locate and load a suitable UO cliloc file. some text may not be displayed i click the ok tab then it pops up a screen saying unable to launch the client specified (ERROR; unknown_ERROR)

Try that. There's 3 reg files, two are for 64-bit and one is for 32-bit. Which OS are you using?
