I have a customized house and it wont let me demolish it it says the value and just last time i tried it it was gonna let me demolish it but now for some reason it wont can someone let me know how this works please. thanks

It is likely that you have something in your moving crate. You can retrieve your moving crate from the house sign menu. This typically happens when you redesign your house while having items placed. Once the moving crate is empty you should be able to demolish the house with no problem.
