Find a partner and set up a Razor macro togeather. Here's the structure:

If HP < 60
Exec. Bandage Self
Pause 3.0 sec
Else
Attack Last Combatant
EndIf
If Bandages < 20
Use by Type (Bloody Bandage)
Sleep .2 sec
Target by Type (Water)
Exec Restock Agent
Absolute Target
EndIf

It'll bandage if you're below 60 HP, else it will attack the last guy you were fighting. If you get below 20 bandages it'll clean your bloody bandages, then restock up to some set amount. (I used 50)

You'll need to set up a restock agent and add a counter for bloody bandages in Razor. While making the macro, target a box with a butt ton of bandages in it after the line to use the restock agent.
