when i do ping inx.xs4all.nl -t it shows nice ping around 80-90 but i cant move in game i do few steps and i freez and then conection lost . takes like forever to enter uo. help please

ive found like 15 ppl in game that are saying its laggy also and its not me because in every other game its fine and when i check my ping in run its 92.. i think server needs a reboot
