Sermon Minutes for 11/4
#1

First...
I would like to thank you all for being a part of this breathtaking world.
And of course, sparing a few minutes of your time to listen to this old man.

My friends...

Today I would like to speak with you all about the growing diversity within our world.

There are those who wish to condemn the souls that they consider undesirable...

To dispatch people who's actions and words do not reflect their own.

If you are sitting here today,
and find yourself with a disdaine for select members of our community.

Please, Hear these words.
Imagine if you would,

A beautiful glass jar filled with many types of rare and exotic gems.

Although not each gem is flawless,
They all add their own particular value to the container in which they reside.

If you start removing those gems you considered flawed,
Not only do you take from the magnificence of the jar...

But you also leave no contrast for those gems you consider devine.

You have all been given your glass jar my children.

And although not all of you may fully accept the gems that reside inside,
I believe all of you will agree,
A full jar is more spectacular then one that is almost empty.

I will tell you now,
It does not take long to find those gems that sparkle to your eyes.

Time changes many things my friends.
And people are soon to forget the crazy antics they themselves once pulled as youngsters.

I was once a young lad myself believe it or not,
and Oi the thing's I've Done.
But that's for another time and place.

Arguments and lectures will not solve the problems of our world.
But what we can do is to set a good example for those to follow.

I look out amongst the pew's today and see dedicated souls.

Do not let your anger get the better of your judgement.
Be patient with those you might consider a nuisance.

You will find it is much easier to change someone's ways with kindness then repugnance.

Everyone finds their way in this world a little differently.

Please be reassured that giving someone another chance is not a waste.
I would probably be unable to stand here today if it was.

Well I believe I have kept you here long enough.

Please, enjoy the rest of this beautiful day,
and spread what you've heard today by action and word.

I am The Good Father Juan.
Qui Tac Concentrat * Those who are silent, agree
All are born to observe order, But few are born to establish it.

Fear is not knowing what is, it is wondering what for.

Father it is a blessing to have you among us. I regret I was not able to attend such a valuable and wise sermon. May those who were there take your words to heart to better themselves and our world.

There is nothing wrong with fighting scarecrow, by all means, do what you enjoy. The issue comes when people ruin what other people enjoy and don't respect each other's choices.

I agree with you completly, like when a pvper decides to write a real story he spent time on, and all of the Rpers laugh at it because all he does is PK's... in that case, the pvpr keeps his cool until he gm's his skills and get his supplies and then he does what he does best. in of course a very respectful kind of way.
