This is my "I've had it with these XUO children" thread. And I know I am not alone. I am constantly harassed by these CHILDREN for RPing. I can't count the times I've heard "LOL ****** LAWZ" coming from one of these kids. Seriously, I don't care if they do "own" me in a fight. I don't want it to be "LOL PWNED *****!" when I die.
It was never this bad on any IN shard. I'm not about to play on a L337 shard. I know a lot of people feel the same as me. I don't want to play with any of these children if they are going to act like some small boy trying to prove himself by swearing a lot and calling people ***s.

Don't give up man, that's just what they want when they say that stupid stuff. Press Alt-O and add them all to your ignore list, there's nothing constructive coming out of their heads anyway.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel that way. XUO players can be real immature, but they'll adjust to the roleplayers as well sooner or later, at least most of them.

My suggestion is that you should add them to your ignore list for now. You're right, you shouldn't "have to" have them at your ignore list, but it may be the best solution for you right now tho. By doing that you can roleplay, and they can't do shit except for maybe kill you, but that's only until you learn how to defend yourself and kick their ass. Then they'll suck up to you instead, and then they'll wish that they never got on that ignore list, because due to that they won't be able to suck up

Anyways make friends, learn the PvP together, kick their ass in a roleplay way, keep them at ignore list, you'll have fun, just don't give up like Slaquer said, don't let them win. :/

P.S: Even if "merging PvPers with PvErs" may feel like an mistake before u get used to it, it has also brought us a real nice big shard with a lot of good stuff, so it was far from an mistake in my eyes. Focus on the positive and put them on your ignore list for now, it'll all be good in a near future when u "get used" to each other :] D.S

Valas, we just opened a server coming from 2 completely different environments, try to stick out just a lil bit and we will make this server worth while. What you have to do in situations like this is to page so that we as staff members can correct peoples behavior, it will take some time for it to come naturally, but we will get there.

May I ask who messed with your game play so that I or some other part of the staff team can have a talk with them?

I am not a rper but I think that the pvpers should really respect the rpers, theyre a big part of our playerbase.

You should apply a rule that when a rper is getting harrassed by a pvper, he should record it or take screenshots, then, the child should get -1 in every of his skills

and can you please fix your thread name? , because i dont think we are a mistake, with everything we've done so far, and everything we are doing to make it better and better everyday......... everythign has been succesfull for both sides. Well if something isn't put in place, to keep these kids in place with this kind of stuff. Most if not all of the people that enjoy this will just give up and not RP or just quit all together. I understand that it isn't easy for the staff to deal with all this shit, and I'm sure we all look like were complaining about stuff. But if they don't stop things now, it will get only worst as time goes on.

Plus, you cant call it "PvPers vs RPers" or "PvEers vs PvPers." Most of the "RPers" PvP lots too. I dont think it will be long before the "PvP-only-ers" realize that.

They are kinda just pissing us off when they say all we do is RP and such...I think they will be greatly surprised when we are ready and the lag issue for people not close to the server is fixed...

What i meant by pvp server was that it was a strictly pvp no RP server. Not saying we RPers didn't pvp.

It's not right that people are harassed or disrupted form the part of the game they like, it's not right and it wont be tolerated. We have from the start said that we will enforce every rule in the book so that the game play will become better for everyone. We will try to bring the maturity level up as much as we can, but we do need your help.

Razor has a great packet video recorded, if someone is acting out, just record them. You can also page a staff member right away, if you page under harassment, the staff member can get there invis and see whats going on right away.

All I'm asking is that we actually get the chance to help you (everyone). If you don't think that we are doing enough, or that we can't help you after we've tried, then I really understand what ever decision you make.
