I was fighting in the graveyard bout 4 hours ago, I had bone armor, and chain mail tunic. I was fighting a wraith, and it casted a spell on me, lowering my dex to 88, been that way 4 hours. Taking all my armor off, goes back to 100, and reequipped it, still 100... One of the spells are either bugged, or the armor is. Also, I GMed magery, and dyed my spellbook black, typing in random numbers. As for skills, swordsmanship, worked on it 30 minutes, not a gain, and bout an hour on anatomy, .4 points gain. About the skillgain, some skills will be easier after the next reboot. Amongst others combat skills and lore&knowledge skills.
About the dexloss I dont know. Did it go back to 100 after you requipped your armor? Not sure what you mean

I had bone armor on, while the wraith casted that spell on me, then it stayed that way. After I removed my armor, went back to 100, then reequipped, and it's still 100, I think its bugged, the spell.
