The Establishment of a new Organization
#1

Akatsuki is a criminal organization. The organization is composed of some of the most powerful criminals in existence, including traitors from villages and towns.

Akatsuki is a small organization by most standards; at any given point, the group has at most ten members and an uncertain number of agents. Though they seem to have a decent network of agents in various towns and villages, these individuals are usually under some form of mind-control. The members of Akatsuki are all S-class criminals ( S class is the highest rank. then it moves down to A class. B, C and D class, D class being the weakest), the most wanted men in existence and also the most dangerous. These men are only loyal to themselves and the people who they can benefit off. But in some cases this isn’t even true, some members in the past are known for even killing one of their own for personal gain.

The exact criteria for admission into the group are unknown, but extraordinary fighting abilities and ruthlessness seem to be prerequisites. Unique traits (genetic or otherwise) also seem to be a common factor among its members. Two of the more prominent members so far, Duke and Paulzar, both undertook some sort of challenging task at the time of them entering the group. Duke was responsible for murdering his whole clan including his family but he spared his little brother’s Spaaron’s life, around the time he is believed to have entered, but it can't be said for certain that the two events were linked.

Akatsuki doesn't seem to have any strict organizational structure, though its members do maintain several unique practices. They rarely seem to meet in person, instead communicating through telepathy and astral projection when necessary. The members of Akatsuki seem to have little consistency in their individual goals. They only group together because Akatsuki's overall goal in some way benefits the individual goals of its members. Akatsuki members don't particularly value the lives of their comrades, either; a member's death in itself will not bother the other members, but rather the fact that someone was able to kill that member.

Akatsuki's overall goal is world domination. To achieve that goal, the leader, Joe Black also known as Pain, has set up a three-step process to work their way to it. First, they plan to obtain a large amount of money to support their organization. Second, they plan to set up a mercenary group loyal to no village or town. To build their reputation, they plan to accept any mission below the usual cost, which is covered by the excess amount of funds earned in the first part of their plan. Because there haven't been any wars in Britania for some time due to Lord Blackthorn and his minions dominating and anihilating all life within Britain, bringing all life to a cease and all walls build by Lord British to a crumble, the new established villages and towns such as Minoc and the newly rebuilt Britain cannot afford to charge such low prices, leading the smaller towns and villages to hire Akatsuki over the more expensive established villages and towns such as Serpents Hold and Trinsic. By using their abilities to overpower most towns and villages, Akatsuki can start wars and then immediately quell them, solidifying their reputation and convincing every country to depend on them, thus cornering the market into slave labor. Without any business, the other villages and business’ will collapse due to a lack of funds. Finally, after Akatsuki is the only major force existing, they can easily conquer the other established islands such as Nejulem.

Each Akatsuki member wears a single, unique ring, and no two members wear a ring on the same finger. Each member wears their ring on the same finger as the spot they occupy on the giant statue located in their secret base where no one has been able to locate since the organizations foundation. In total, there are ten rings, but Akatsuki only possesses eight. The rings seem to have some special significance; Spaaron believed that he could become a member after finding Paulzar’s ring, once he was murdered by an unknown member of Akatsuki, but was revived by Joe Black as his skills with herbs and regeants have never been witnessed in two hundred years, and although Zetsu an agent working for Akatsuki claims it's not as easy as that, Spaaron does indeed become a member. Amber reinforces the significance of the rings after losing both his arms in a battle between him and twelve goblins by expressing more concern for finding the arm with her ring, rather than finding the arm itself.

Akatsuki members dress in similar clothing: a long, dark cloak bearing red clouds and a red interior with a chin-high collar. All members also wear purple nail polish on their fingernails and toenails. Large conical straw hats with small spike-like bells hanging from them also seem to be part of their outfit, but they discard them after being discovered. This seems to be an optional piece of the Akatsuki outfit, likely to further disguise their identities.

Basic Items for Guild Role Play:
- the large straw asian hat (pretty sure runuo has this as I have seen it before)
- a blackrock coloured robe (I know pure black isnt offered but in due time maybe this can be attained?)
- a coloured ring (any colour the member asks for, providing it isnt a staff colour. Members CANNOT have the same coloured ring as another member)
