You cannot patch if you have replaced any files in the UO folder. You need to reinstall and then patch.

When i click on client.exe after following all the instructions everyone has givin me this is what it says when I click on the client...

Error during session
Your client may not be the most recent version.
You may be able to play the game with your current client.
Check http://www.uo.com/ for help on resolving patching issues.
Click OK to play the game or Cancel to abort.

Then when i click on it again the client loads up into the two videos then goes to the login screen. Then it just gets stuck at Verifying account

You asked the same question now in 3 different threads. We have very specific instructions on how to connect to our server on the website.

You HAVE to use Razor or something similar like UOGateway to connect to INX.

Please read through this page and try again...

Uninstall UO.
Go to your UO Directory.
Delete all files that are still there.
Install UO again.
Use UOPatch.exe
Then add the IN:X files.
