Probably, though very low chance, out of all the time you're gathering resources, someone is going to attack in the precise moment you're frozen by an afk checker? It will happen, but very low chance.. But, to avoid this 100%, the AFK checker should make you invulnerable until you verify your presence

i dont think it should make you invul until you verify presence, but maybe only freeze if you fail the check? because it was made the way it is now to avoid people running to healer after being caught by the checker =x
