Liquid, who do you figure should pay for the hosting at IN:R? Judging by the amount of donations we have gotten so far, we wouldn't even make it a month (not blaming anyone, it's just reality). Both me and taran have had to take money from our pockets to pay for things that needed fixing, this even after fallzone donated a generous 100 usd.
And seriously, I'm trying to help you, dramatic is trying to help you and I'm sure that more people are trying to think of ways to help you guys out. Can you stop mentioning that you'll quit if it's not fixed, i think we got it.
So to fix this, you need to post more than one tracert. You also NEED to email them, if you don't do anything then nothing will most likley be fixed. I doubt it's the thing that drama said, though it indeed might improve your ping to a certain extend. Everyone from austrailia seems to have this so i dont think its the ground cause.
We can also try to look into alternative routs somehow. Proxies might work, but we would have to find someone that you guys ping to, then that pings good to IN:X.
Me and n0x just tried and n0x pings a stable 290 to me, without any timeouts. He pings about 380 +- to xs4all, WITH timeouts. What I can do is to look for routing programs and I'll try to route you guys through my server computer and see if that improves anything for you.
I am in sweden though, so its quite a "re route". If you guys found someone that is closer, that pings good to xs4all, you might get a pretty decent ping to the server.
