Maka explained in this topic that exceeding this 10/4sec WOP limit WILL in fact prevent u from speaking or WOP'ing for a few seconds and the more u exceed the longer u are prevented. Common sense if u ask me.

Hi, Im Rachet. I played on In1-In:R and loved the shard very much. I'd really appreciate it if you singled out individual opinions to themselves, and stop refering to a couple of peoples opinions as ALL IN players opinions..
Wow.. why is everyone so worked up? Pvp is only one part of Ultima online, theirs still a lot of other things to do too. Just go with the flow, both sides will make a server for us, and we go play on it.. end of story..
Don't start a In:R vs XUO feud over something stupid like spamming..
Everyone is way to defensive about the others way of doing things, its a NEW shard, so things will be different whether you like it or not, why would you want everything the same.. thats why everyone got bored.. I say make the server any way you want, we will come play and have fun until we get bored and move on.. thats life. At the least let the GMS have fun making it, keep your complaints off the forums.. why does everyone have to always have an input on every single aspect of the game? Its ok to have an opinion but don't take it further then it needs to go.
Eighty swords, you have no idea what your talking about. You haven't even met 5% of the players of IN, so stop stereotyping us all together. I never said a word about your System, and neither has barely any of the IN players.. barely any of them has even spoken on the forums yet. So keep your insults and flaming directed to those in this post only, you have guts insulting an entire shard based on this small insignifigant thread. You didnt prove any points, your just acting like a jerk..

Eightyswords is one of the guys I was talking about in another post that spam NOOB HAHA LOL OWNED to. You might not need us now, but when the shard is up you will and everyoen will be alot nicer to each other.

Actually Eighty Swords isn't a player who does pvp much, mostly he is just staffing. He has done a great job on the last xuo version as staff. He just got sick of ppl as Unreal and started to flame on those ppl. I would like to do the same a few days back, but i have controlled myself because ppl always start crying about my englisch when i offend someone. Although if you want to be called "NEWB WTF PWND YAR ASS" then you need to find some pure gankers, and we lost most of those Pure and only gankers on our server. The ppl who still play are mixed of PvP and Pk. Like i would love sometimes to be a fucking idiot to ppl, but when i see a newb who is just running in the woods alone i got doubts of killing him. The sad side of me as an pk'er is that i can't let ppl who aren't as good or better then i am, or not being an ass. Dead on the ground an walk away from them, i mostly even ress them and gave some stuff back

rachet i never once dissed rpers or any inr aspect.
when i was refering to inr players, they should know who they are, they are the people who complain about the xuo aspects of the game. im not the type of person who will judge someone until they have spoken.

This thread has gotten way out of control. Instead of debating the issues in a calm reasonable way (as is most effective in actually getting your oppinion heard by the staff) most people have been bickering and disrespecting eachother. This isn't about INR vs. XUO. Its not really appropriate (or fruitful) to think of it like that, since everyone is now a (potential) IN:X player, and no longer an XUO or INR player.
If you want to share your oppinion, please, DO! Beta is opened to players for your feedback. But don't fuel a fire thats going to be destructive for the future of INX. This is all of our home.
As a side note, Beta1 in particular has been set up to complete the "sphere" world feel - that is the main objective for this phase of development. That means that those people that used to play on IN shouldn't expect to find an IN world and feel. General bugs, tweaks, and pvp will be the main issues of focus for now.

you got me confused for someone else... probably a guy called Da Gangsta who was yelling noob at me when he killed me.
INR players would ask me if i had any tips for them, and i would tell them something simple like read nox's guide because im not very good or try working on timing/work on healing
