What about expanding the titles list and creating a tool for setting shown titles?

Item for setting custom title exists. Also, not many people are aware but if you want to choose from existing ones "Grandmaster mage", "Grandmaster rogue", etc. you can lock all the other skills except the one which title you want to show on your paperdoll. As far as I know, it either only works on GMed skills or on skills that are equal to level of your highest skill.

Yes, I know about this. And this menu enables you to choose any skill title, and a few other things.
