Spread the word via social media and instant messengers also! Get friends to play as well. Also, there's a facebook "like" button on the main page also (it's kinda buggy with firefox though).

i think best way is to message everyone on msn list, (cuz everyone used to use msn while we play uo, it was more popular.) we should message and email to every old buddy on the list.

Ive been messaging people that I havent talked to in years that I found on Aim and MSN and a few of them have logged in. Message everyone you know whats the worse that can happen they tell you no? Seriously the shard seems to be growing with new members everyday word of mouth is the best way to get people to come. Also VOTE! Why pass up the free MONIES!?

Hey guys!

I´m not really a new player, have been playing UO on several servers. I found it very difficult to figure out how to join this one.. took me about 10 mins, then i found a thread in the tech support section that was to assistance. Might be my searching-skills that sucks, however, how to join the server and a download-section should be the most basic and easy thing to find, once again, might just be me who cant find it, but a good website should be so user-friendly that any moron can figure it out

So, to the topic. I think this website would be very confusing for a new player that have just heard about UO. How does the game look like and what´s it about? How many are playing it? How do i join? A new (or old) player should be able to find answers to these questions at the front page. That would be my suggestions =)

Very true flirre. We are currently working on the main website with guides and various info about the shard and it should be done soon. I know getting started here can be quite the hassle due to all of our custom files needing to be patched. Hopefully we can make it as easy as possible to connect once we get the site finished up.
