I made a quick reply about this, but I don't think it got noticed much.

Shouldn't Icebluedel be guarded like it was on IN? It doesn't really function the same as it did then, and Mt. Kendall is getting quite cluttered. Though, as an old PK, I do think those old unguarded areas inside should still exist of course

On IN1 Icebluedel was a player run town with a mayor and everything. I think we need to see a higher population there before making anything guarded.
