Is there anyway we could start a donation pool to get the server moved back to the US?.. I for one would donate to assist in doing this.. I've trained my character and set myself up.. and I can't even enjoy it..
Anyone else interested in something like this?

I say we stick it right in the middle of the Atlantic ocean so that everyone has equal ping. Or maybe we can get
Sealand to host it.

I heard Atlantis has some pretty good rates on servers. In reality though I still need to donate my $25.

I just had a decent idea for raising money for the server without requiring people to make actual donations.
Granted it's not as much as actual donations, but this way people who didn't want to pay moneys would be able to contribute a little bit. More details to come later since I need to work out the logistics.

I'm willing to donate a sizable amount.. To me it's like paying for a game.. Just let me know if this is possible!
Wouldn't moving the server to the US be a win/win for IN?

How would it be a win/win?
Granted there are more players from the US but the European players would get a higher ping which means it wouldn't be a win for them.

Morwen is right. Azores Island is a middle point between US and Europe so it might be a good situation for both ends.

It's a win/win for IN because you would be able to accommodate for more players across the world.. regardless if the lag goes up slightly for the EU, It's worth it if more players are logging in.. correct?
I don't know.. I guess judging from your answer that you are not interested in changing servers.. which is kind of disappointing being one of the oldest players on here.. and have trained a complete character.. Now that pvp actually occurs (which I have been waiting for).. you move the server.. What a waste.. What a waste...

I'm not saying that I'm not interested in changing servers. The only reason I'm hosting it is because the previous server was only payed for a few months. It's simply too expensive to get a good dedicated server that everyone has a decent ping to, we would need a lot more donations to be able to afford one.
Speaking from previous experiences with donations it's probably better this way, even if it becomes unplayable for some players. But again, if we had the money I do agree with you that a server everyone can play on is much better.
