Newbied runes are carebear. There'd be no risk of losing important spawns/mobs/etc.

Yea , I think thats good to.

Not going to hurt anyone, probably everyone gonna use that rune to mark his house spot or a city he use to go .
I prefer Alzheimer than Parkinson. Better forget to pay the beer than pour it all.

I agree. This way you can mark a bank or town, but you wont carry all your runes to hunting locations that can't be lost.

We talked about having a quest for a newbied rune that requires crafting and only have x amount of charges. Noone has gotten around to that yet though.

Dont all runes already have "charges" since they fade and you have to remark?
I prefer Alzheimer than Parkinson. Better forget to pay the beer than pour it all.

Yup! Unless Taran means you have to make a special powder or something and add it to the rune instead of just remarking it like we do now for all runes...
