Hm I have an idea for pet resurrection that doesn't involve lame bonding.
Basically an item that fetches the corpse itemid and hue, based on the itemid it creates a new mobile setting the bodyvalue, itemid and hue and deleting the corpse.

However, ressing pets will lower their value quite a bit and cause people to buy them less frequently. Unless this was an item that was insanely rare I wouldn't want it added.

So for now, Taran's solution is best :p
