Items move on death
#1

Right now when you die everything in your backpack moves around if someone revives you.

Can it be changed so your items stay where they were if someone revives you? I know it's possible but I'm wondering why it's not set up like this.

And would it be possible so that if you are wearing noobied items they automatically go back on you instead of in your pack when you get revived? This too I know is possible and would be nice. And of course non noobied items like weapons and armor shouldn't go back on you because that would mess with the ganking where someone is revived and instantly has all their armor and weapon equipped. But re-equipping the cloth won't have any negative effects.

wow your lazy too move items around in you're pack and you say galdor's suggestions were ridiculous

and to add to my opinion i think it should stay as is, not a NEEDED fix and newbied cloth is signaled by going into your pack to show that it's newbied that's why it does not remain on your char pretty common sence

Everything is possible and we know that this is how it was on sphere. This is already on my list but it has quite low priority.

You talk about me going off topic and ruining your thread and you throw that kind of comment in? Learn to act how you expect others to act. Moving on...

None of this second part you said make any sense. How does something going to your pack make it noobied? All items go to your pack and it's a question of whether it can be looted or not.

And what do you mean it's common sense that everything goes in your pack when you die? If I have a heart attack and someone revives me doing CPR, my clothes don't come off and then I have to put them on again...

Right now when you die everything in your backpack moves around if someone revives you.

Thanks for the answer Malik. I wasn't expecting this to be high on the priority list, just wanted to see if it was known.

So before this turns into another huge argument between me and smoke, question solved.

lol you really can't let a rude comment go can you? well your a baby add that to your list of grudges really.

Also how doesn't it prove it's newbied when the newbied cloth gets moved to you're pack? when you die it moves to you're pack and you keep it and it's not on your body while you're dead. I don't know what the hell you're talking about but when you die and have an item in you're backpack i'm pretty sure it's newbied

Well actually, only newbied items stayed in the same place on sphere when you died. Everything else got moved around.

exactly what i tryed to explain that's why they don't stay on the characters paperdoll

Holy sh*t smoke you're the one that needs to move on, I'm trying to discuss suggestions or why something is or isn't a good idea and you throw more insults out. Maybe I should be the one getting a staff to come look at the thread...

I couldn't remember if it was only noobied items or all items. Well at least it would stop key rings and spell books from moving around (and possibly clothes too).

Now I see what you're saying smoke. You're saying noobied items go to your 'pack' which is a separate container from the 'body' people open to loot other items.

By the way, if noobied items should stay in the same place as Taran said, if I had a doublet equipped it would be in the same place when I'm revived; equipped and not in my pack.

yeah i'm bugging you on purpose now because you wouldn't stop complanning my thread

If you have non newbied doublet it will stay on your chest when you revive, i think you should try things before you say stuff =/

non newbied clothes stay on your character when you reviewe like smoke says.
newbied items do not however as tehy get to your backpack when you die (so they cant be looted in your corpse) Smile we could make them stick on you when u revieve but that would also mean they would be accessible from the corpse aka lootable non newbied Smile

newbied items haev always appeared in your backpack after youve been ressurected.

Odium when you say noobied clothes always went to your pack, was it like that back on XUO too? I could have sworn on XUO they stayed equipped after being revived.

Oops I read smokes last post wrong. Deleted my last screwed up message.

My last post was talking about noobied clothes and not non noobied clothes smoke. When Taran said only noobied items stayed in the same place after being revived I thought something wasn't working right (noobied clothes not re-equipping) when he said this. I never mentioned anything about non noobied clothes not re-equipping so I don't know where the 'try things before you say stuff' is coming from...

man i dont even understand what you're posting anymore it's like your posting because you're bored it would be nice if you can make one list of suggestions instead of making 5 every few times
