my estimate of having official news is in one maybe two weeks. by that time the server could even be replaced. However, this estimate could be just as wrong as the weather forecast. More info at the topic in the technical issues forum.

This freezing... I've never experienced it myself.
How often does it happen and for how long does the server freeze?

If what happen last night was a freeze and not a crash i would say..about 2-3 min freeze?

It could also be something as simple as that the hardware is getting old. I really have no clue if this is the case, but CDs kind of die after a while, maybe our ram is too.
