Drasticly Changes are needed!
#73

It seems I should stop being lazy and restock my carpentry vendor. I'll put some of the things you're looking for on him Pedro. You can find him in the ministry basement.

The problem is that these items fail so much that I hate wasting the resources to make them. I wish fail rates on high end carpentry items would be reduced. They already require multiple high skill crafts.

We are still discussing. Change takes time as it needs to be discussed and a solution that everyone is happy with agreed upon then implemented.

IMO: Everyone needs to stop BAWWing about stuff that is already implemented and give the devs a chance to actually work on ADDING stuff to the shard instead of rearranging what's already there. What the shard needs is more craftables, more quests, more monster variety and more appropriate spawns in certain areas (T2A). What it doesn't need is people complaining and nit-picking tiny problems and diverting attention away from the important things. Go recruit someone to play instead.

Recruiting or not complaining is almost the antithesis of their ideals.

I remember when the shard was down and all everyone wanted was it to be back up despite how many people would login and despite what needed to be added or fixed.

There are several issues here, I love IN:X and I'm not complaining. So don't get me wrong. And absolutely do not take it wrong.

I know Staff are busy, I realize this, making the IN:X Environment takes TIME, and takes a lot of staff to do it right. I just see less and less events and less and less staff running around due to this. Just an idea, but maybe it would be a good idea to get a staff member or two who, sure can help with helping the shard to a point, but also interact with the players more due to issues currently happening. I have great ideas for this shard I was going to use when I was helping develop the Rebirth of NOS, (including new weapons and armor drops) and monsters. The shard was going to come up and people were waiting but the Host flaked out.

**PLAYERS NEED TO STOP WHINING. They are doing what they can to make it better and it takes time, absolutely, And you all should show your support by voting for the shard, that's a start to a bigger player base.

Staff cannot force players to join, they are doing what they can do, and you need to take part as well with what you can help with.

You guys are doing a great job I think, and I want to say thanks. Wink

And also, just another idea, to help "spread" the name, maybe it would be a good investment to add IN:X to this web page as well?

I've seen the old IN on this site, maybe this could help our player base, as there are a lot of shards on this site with big player bases.

And one other thing, for all you players who are arguing with one another, your bringing the shard apart more and more. Instead, maybe be productive and patient, and POSITIVE on the forums. Imagine all the people who check out the forums to get an idea of the shard before joining, and then happen to see all this crap about 'problems' and the like, that definitely isn't going to help a growing healthy player base.

Be cool. Cool

Danke.
