I cant delete my characters, it says not allow or something. Can someone help me?

Page ingame and a GM will fix so you can delete a character.

The reason you can't delete any char is because your IP changed from when you created the account. We have made it this way so noone can steal your account and then remove all your chars.

And when someone ask for their characters to be removed, what do you do to know the account hasn't been stolen?

Well usually players only delete mule chars or chars with no skills.
If they want to remove a char with a lot of GM skills and a lot of items then we will ask why. If we suspect something I can check the IP and see where they are from and then compare that to the IP that the account was created from.
