I have razor and the correct info and client(i have tryed multiple acceptable ones) and everytime i get stuck on verifying account and it stays there ... how do i fix it?

Is your UO updated to a current client using uopatch.exe? Did you copy some of the required files from the website? Have you tried pinging the server? What about a firewall, is that blocking you?
