Starting Bids
#1

For a statics GM,

I'm interested in large statics. What is the minimum bid for the following:

Empathy Abbey (Yew)
Trinsic Meeting Hall (Trinsic)
Magincia Parliment (Magincia)
Nujelm Palace (Nujelm) (including a lot of outside area walled off without access to keep the price reasonable)
THE ENTIRE CITY OF VESPER (Vesper, duh)

Will they be even remotely attainable without spending all the time saving and hoarding between now and the time the shard goes down?

Regards.

lmao
Wouldn't doubt it if it was over 200 mil or something, even if it's possible to buy it Big Grin

You cannot buy an entire city :p Make a player ran city, its just as good Smile

Nujelm Palace would probably set you back about 40 million, quick guesstimate. Depends if you wanted access to the roof as well :p

You know you could always get a rough estimate by doing: L x W x 3000

40 mil?

Well, that place is never getting sold.

I have entirely too much fun customizing to buy statics. 18x18, 4 story for 950K instead of 3,888,000 and it's fun. ^_^

There is something seriously wrong with this economy. Maybe we should tax the rich.
#9

I really do not see a big problem with the economy, a few minor changes wouldn't hurt, but nothing is perfect. If you sink the time into solely making money, it pays off.

As for the statics... I was a bit off with the palace, the entire place would cost roughly 28 million. This includes the courtyard and garden.

The Trinsic meeting hall is next to a bank and you can bank from inside. I'm not really sure that's going to be for sale...

Empathy Abbey would be roughly 8.9 million. (no roof access)

Does the 28 mil include the roof?

Still a lot of money, but I'm doing my best to see the light.

The economy is fine.
We need to nerf rabbi.

Yankovic - "... Oh Nasir, sorry, you are teh greatest. I'm a fool, you were right all the time. please forgive me. ..." (possibly out of context)

That sentiment is widespread Big Grin
