I'm not sure that it only applies to cut bodies, but it could be. The injection thing is not as much as a problem when the body is whole. If it only is for cut bodies, then I think that I reasoned that it was not worth bother the players, for the little damage it could do [for whole bodies].

Not sure that it's a problem since it stops people from auto-looting everything the moment someone dies.
Kinda like coming back dead if you AFK mine for an hour isn't a bug.

that happened to me too! But when it happens my UO stop. I have to relog in to continue ¬¬, and that only happens when I try to loot gold...
I'm on top of it!

Well i dunno its kind of annoying, is there any other way to stop auto loot?
