Hi There! Just wanted to ask peoples opinions on having the animallore skill able to display Stats and skills of Pets. As it stands, Staff is working on the ability to Train Pets and raise their karma. I was just wondering how people felt if we implimented the Animallore stat/skill viewer to more easily see how far along our pets have come with their training.

I'm sure Malik would love to get this working. He's off on vacation however and I don't think its priority for Taran or Maka. I believe Maka scripted the sphere INX version in order to replicate sphere.

I've added it to the bug tracker so someone with the authority to make the decision can see it and do exactly that.

It's true we scripted it to replicate Sphere.
About the stats though, you could just use anatomy instead. It won't display the exact number but you will get an estimate.
About the skills, I guess that would be something for us to discuss.

I have touched base with maka a little bit on the subject and he suggested starting off with general discussion about it to get a few opinions and gather some feedback, maby then moving on to a vote of some sort. I don't want to step on anyones toes, make people feel like i'm trying to change their sphere experience, or annoy any staff members into thinking i want things done "Right away", But i got's to start somewhere. I'm mainly excited about having the ability to view direct stats and skills because A: i enjoy training pets and hunting with them. and B: People seem to get more excited about **** Fighting when they can view the progress of their fighting ****s.

First step would be to make it possible for pets to gain stats/skills through training. As it is now their stats or skills don't change. I have to say it won't be on top of the list at the moment but issue has been noted and we will get to it as soon as possible. Afterall, pets were able to gain stats and skills in sphere.
