Alright, that's perfectly fair.
So let's get to the meat and potatoes:
How would having res anhks readily available make things any easier? you die, you get a res and you're at low health and then you're stuck with little to no equipment and you have to run around a dungeon buck-naked only to be killed again by an explosion spell or some such.
It's a flawed idea, it's in the right direction but it still doesn't solve anything.
To expand on the res tickets, make it res/recall tickets, you die and you go to the healer, you get fully healed and sent to the pits so you can get back to town and a bank.
The idea Scarecrow is not to take every risk and threat out of hunting, it's to ease people into thinking or actually making it so that hunting is either worthwhile, enjoyable and able to repeat.
Right now none of those things are there, you don't get much value from hunting, and since you don't get a good return off of your time spent it isn't enjoyable and it's not repeatable because people keep dying and leaving.
However simply removing any consequence will cause the same problem, we need to find a comprimise.
