1.)Parrying and Tactics is too slow against other fighting skills.
2.)When I fight with my sparring partner using a smith's hammer, I gain in wrestling, not in macefighting.

I agree tactics is pretty slow but youll gm it eventually. Parrying is reall much faster then swords or any other fight skill you just have to train it correct.
Youre meant to gain wrestling with smith hammer because theyre a tool and not a weapon ive gotten explained to me.

I asked because i trained it with smith's hammer everywhere.
I train parrying with my sparring partner while training swords and its quite slower.

Yea i know, im used to be able to gain macing with smiths hammer aswell but ive asked the admins and its not bugged its the way its meant to be here.
To gain parrying get 6-8 ratmen and/or lizardmen to hit you at the same time and just put a macro with healing, youll gm parrying within a few hours.
