I think that the staff is wonderful. You are all doing great and we as players appreciate everything you are doing. Your every thoughts and ideas are considered and are used in the shard to make it a better place. I wish to try one more time to speak on behalf of all the Canadian playerbase "counting up to approximatly 45 active players." As a very active player and veteran to this game, I think a major problem with this shard is in fact the lack of staff members at this EXACT hour and 4 hours after this exact hour [1:00 am - 5:00 am] Montreal, Quebec Canada Time.

Again, this is not a flame towards staff but, i believe that the Higher staffs should take it into great consideration to hire 1 or even 2 EXPERIENCED, and ACTIVE players to the staff team even as temporary staff to see how the are as time progresses. These staff membersa should be able to host tournaments and answer the questions that the playerbase may find to be a nuissance to them. I am online at this time every night with several others and they are all getting "fed up" I want this shard to work but it seems the more i talk to the staff in private, the more i get mocked and obviously ignored. My in-game character is in fact a some-what mean, viscious player that loves bloodshed :eek: but, the person playing is in fact responsable and is trying to make a difference to positivly help the INX shard. Im speaking on a behalf, i've spoken to SEVERAL players, whether INR or XUO, we are all INX now and we ALL must come to agreements. I feel that a staff member for the Canadian timezone should not be chosen on his "niceness" and worship Admin skills as i've seen in the past. But chosen on his skill, knowledge, activeness and willingness to better our INX shard. There are many things we can do to help this shard but, the most important at this time is to help the helpless timezone, we are some of the most active players and we make a big impact on this shard. We love the shard and we'd love to play, please help us so we can help you,

I As a new player to this shard and a 12 yr UO vet agree with scare there should be at least one staff member on at least 90% of the day so it would be a wise choice to have a few more extra minor helping hands just basically guides or councies not able to create or ban or any of the such.
I also agree with the whole dont judge the person by their game play cuz i was a 10 yr pk on osi sonoma shard and my alter ego was also one of the biggest and kindest auction house owners lol. Its all in what that certain character is played like. thats why this is a game a break from reality knowing u cant be mean and kill people in real life u come onto a game and kill people to take out agression its the best streff reliever out there besides sex itself lol. I personally have seen scare in action he seems to be a uo knowledged person perfectly capable of handling a simple councy seat........"hats off to ya scare" just make sure u dont councy too long so once i train up we can fight some :icon_twisted:
