i rly didn't want to do this but after 3 days and 6 pages, only one of them has been answered and that was after half an hour.. i thought the reason you had one billion staff members from one million different time zones was so that there should be at least one on at any time right? been trying to get a hold of a gm all fkn day but nono.. and i hate it that some of u go afk logged in, this gives us hope since it doesnt say noone is on to answer the page..

The trick is to do a /hug after your message.. That will make them come running faster then you can say "rød grød med fløde"

We can't have staff members online 24/7 to answer all pages within 5 mins. That would require us to either:
1. Have 100 staff members
or
2. Pay some staff members to work full time.

And neither of that is going to happen. Now I don't know what your page was about, but if it was just a simple "please come" then that will be prioritated last (if not deleted). A lot of questions players have can also be answerred by other players.

Basically what I'm trying to say is that we try to answer pages as quickly as possible, but sometimes it might take a while before a staff member can respond.

Whenever I page, it's usually only 1-2 minutes before someone shows up, if not like 20 seconds

first of all i wouldn't make this thread if it took me one hour to get an answer just one time.. it took me almost a day and 3 pages to find out why i was jailed one time.. and then it took me two days and like 4 pages to get a staff member to help me out with a bug..

Well then you must have been very unlucky, because we usually respond right away. It could have been because only the staff member who jailed you could answer as to why you were jailed (although he should have left a note for other staff to read).
And about the bug it could be that noone knew how to help you out with that bug, and so noone answerred it.

Yeah, I mean really, staff...come on! This guy is so sick of waiting longer than the average player on this free server that you guys pay for and keep running. It's not like he is paying you all to live ordinary lives and try to maintain inside the game. Holy hell, where do you guys get off thinking that you can just ignore or throw someone that has been jailed and complains about not having a golden experience to the end of your priority list?

I suggest you all take time to think what you've done to someone named "p!nk dr@g0n" and treat him like a golden idol because he pays your salary and he is the only player on this server!
