How do you repair leather Ar ?
With tailoring ?
What tools / resources do i need ?

I'm not seeing anything at all about repairing leather armor, but I did find the suggestion that you cut the armor to turn it back into leather, then re-crafting the armor, which is pretty close to repairing it.

aye but i don't have the dye tub to dye it.
so if I cut it does the color stay ?

After the next restart you will be able to repair tailored items.

When you cut leather armor that is colored it will turn into leather with that same color, however when you craft with colored leather it loses its color.
