When im trying to log in it wont go past the Verifying Account screen..Im using razor to log in and my client is the version 6.0.5.0 (patch 62).
Any clue whats wrong? Oh and i did extract the INX files to my UO directory

Alrighty this is what you need to do.
1. Install Mondains Legacy
2. DO NOT UPDATE
3. Copy all the IN-X files into your Mondains Legacy folder.
4. login to the game, it should work now
5. now try updating, it should only patch once to a 5.x.x client and that's all you need (Easy UO doesn't work on the 4.x.x clients)
You don't have to update at all if you're not using Easy UO at all. Not sure if you need to update for injection or anything.
