Well, someone told me that we need blacksmith to craft forges and anvil?
Why? Maybe tinkering couldbe better becaus blacksmith isnt supposed to be used for that!
Do you need to be a dentist to brush your teeths? A carpenter to use a hammer and a nail? An artist to do sculpture? well i dont need to know how to craft an armor to be able to craft a damn anvil.

You need both 100 carpentry and above 70 smithing.

No you don't. I've made several of those and I'm at 99.9% Carpentry

Your skillvalue might be 100 even though your base is 99.9. Otherwise I'm not sure.
