Backpack items on death: minor
#1

I think that when you die, your newbied items should stay where they were in your pack when you are resurrected. It's just a convenience issue that I've seen on some servers and it's really nice to have - especially for me. I like to keep certain items in my pack in certain out-of-the-way places [like key ring, trash can, spell book] so it would be nice to not have to reset them or worry about them every time I die. It would be really cool to have all your items stay, like when you are res'd on your body, but thats not as big of a deal.
What do you think?

I was thinking this myself. Can't see why it wouldn't be so.

It would be convenient if it was done, but I dont think it is "broken" the way it is. This is how it was on IN. It takes 15 seconds for me to rearrange my newbied stuff, and it wont affect you in a dire situation (like you just ressed and are trying to run away or whatever).

Although, I do think it would make a slightly bigger difference if, when you die and are ressed quickly enough that your spirit comes strait back to your fallen body, your items are left the way they were. I mean, if your items can stay stationary through all that fighting and running, how much would a fall to the ground really scramble them up?

Maybe toward the end, because I do vaguely remember that. But I remember even moreso how annoying it was that even when you died and were resed, you had to resort all your potions because they would be scrambled all over your pack.

That's one of the things im talking about, like un-stackable items you have on top of each other like that.

I brought this up a looong time ago when Maka wanted things that was good/typical from old shards. He said it was a good idea so this will probably happen whenever they get their hands free from fixing everything in Beta.
