The server is up.. It didnt crash, the problem is that nothing works, skills.. spells.. help option.. etc, everything is buggy

I was at school and restarted it as soon as I could. Reason to the crash was same as yesterday, I had forgotten to upload the crash fix as I got stuck with other things to do:/
