I suppose people got tired of complaining about loots, skill gain, pvp, rp, and whatever else and moved onto this now.

that was on and old server, this is mixed with xuo. so all should have the same chances for all....if you can get that house coz you farmed for it on IN i want my castle and tubs coz i farmed for them in XUO... its just the same thing

Didn't XUO players get their R/R deeds transferred? I'd say those plus the extra gold makes up for it considering one transferred static is the work of 5-10 people in most cases.
Selling Forges and Anvils, 15k Each, 25k for both.
Selling Looms and Spinning Wheels, 15k Each, 25k for both.

But anyways, we will not change any transfer "rules" at this point. A transfer can never be fair but we tried to make it as far as we could. The administration still thinks that the best possible compromise was made.
