Can we make it so that you can sell house back to NPC for same amount you bought it? It's not like that will in any way change economy.

Trading houses between players works just as fine.
If this is put in then npc's should pay 20% less so that its not free to have a house.

Sorry this won't be implemented. Buying a house should be a considered decision, if you want to sell it again, sell it to players.
