it shouldn't have to come to deluding our our reality to put up with the forums. I am going to make an educated guess here and say that you don't seem to care about the reputation of the shard but maybe, as staff, you should. These are the types of posts that just draw in the wrong types of people or chase 90% of possible players right back from where they came.
Or just maybe give the shard a nice heading like... "IN:X, the shard you cannot tollerate unless you do drugs"

Yes I'm sure he donates blood regularly and is a den mother to a local girl scouts troop but the fact is he is an idiot. Whether or not Lederoil needs to be banned is not up to him, nor did he need to speak of it like a 12 year old tranny on the rag (see I can make retarded insults that are pointless and show much immaturity and ignorance too). Its posts like this that show no respect for the shard or any staff working on it. By him posting like this he is disrespecting the entire shard, not just Led.

I think, well I hope, that things will get better when we open the server. People are bored and tired of the shard being down, so I'm going to cut them some slack. But yeah, if things doesn't get better soon we will have to be much stricter with moderation. And I don't like that idea very much either...

First of all, I'm VERY insulted you say I don't care about this shard. I've been a part of this merge since the very begining and (although not recently) I've done LOADS of bug testing... Not to mention I try to answer every single question asked. Wether or not its an INR or XUO vet, or a new guy interested in the shard. That to me, is a staff who cares.

Second of all, you clearly need to lighten up, my "smoke a blunt" comment was directed at the people who are making flame wars everywhere, they clearly get over excited and need to relax a bit.

maybe you should be one of the people who need to be censored seeing as how you are suggesting the staff don't care about the shard, and I can guarantee you that is MUCH worse for INX's reputation then someone saying "smoke a blunt" ie; lighten up.

I can guarantee you that everyone who is a member of this staff team gives this shard their all. We care about this shard as much, or even more then any player.

For starters, he does act more mature. Why do you feel the need to curse and tell me to shut up to be heard? Is it maybe because you feel this is the only way to be heard or get attention? I mean you could have just as easily posted something like...
Tabion, I don't agree with you at all. Your opinion is just that, an opinion. I may have my moments where I act or show a little immaturity but so does everyone else. blah blah blah and so on.

See if you posted something without feeling the need to curse, I could have taken you seriously for once but yet again your posts seem like a waste of time to me. Oh and by the way, I am not sticking up for him, what I am talking about is how one person can flame and cause drama and how another can do it but in a way that it is so negative that it hurts the shard. I am in no way expecting everyone to be on their best behavior, I know none of you can handle that. What I do expect is that before you hit that submit button you re-read your post and think to yourself if it is too ignorant and asking to be flamed or if it can be damaging to the shards reputation.
Of course this will never happen and I am wasting my time, I am sure. The fact of the matter is IN:X is like a daycare for mentally challenged children and people with tourrette's syndrome. Many of you have been playing this game for years and yet, if you think about it, you most likely haven't changed a bit.
I know some people might say, "wtf this is a forum, stop taking it seriously" but honestly I don't take anything anyone says to heart ever, not even family or friends. I am just wasting my time talking about this because I think you all can do better, not much mind you, but a bit better.
It would be so much more interesting reading flames when they are spell checked and have proper grammar, lol. Of course it will never happen, none of you will show any intelligence or try to benefit the shard because you are all stubborn.

I never said you don't care about the shard specifically. What I said was you don't care about the reputation of the shard. I understand that you work and help out on the shard, I understand you want it open like everyone else. What I don't see is that same urge to keep this shard having a decent reputation.
Also I would just like to say that I do not need to lighten up or "smoke a blunt" (as you say, which gives me the idea that this is the only way you know how to do so). I don't take any of this seriously, I just try to inspire some slightly more intelligent arguements or discussions then what normally take place.
Oh and just as a reminder, since I have noticed how you can be on the forums, I did not say the staff as a whole or you yourself do not care about the shard itself but I will say that very few of you seem to care what others think about it.
